You Capture- Colors

Another week of You Capture from I Should Be Folding Laundry. This week's challenge was Colors. Since Spring is finally here in Canada I snapped a few, or 50, shots of my neighbors flowers. And of my own purple sandcherry. I love this little bush. I especially love it when it blooms in the spring! I wish it had flowers on it all summer long.

Be sure to go over to I Should Be Folding Laundry and visit the other participates in this challenge!!

You Capture- Expression

I missed last week. I am channeling Milli Vinilli and will "blame it on the rain." This is part of the photo challenge You Capture from I Should Be Folding Laundry. Be sure to visit and check out all the other participates!

But I'm back this week with the many Expressions of Bailey the puggle. His bug eyes are very expressive. He makes me chuckle, even when he is acting like a crazy dog like he was yesterday while Cameron and I kept him company and used Lisa's washing machine. :)

We live in a relatively biggish city. Or at least relatively biggish to me, since I come from a small town USA. My graduating class was just 100 kids, give or take a few. So city living has all been new to me. And I really enjoy it. I love our city. It's got a lot of small town charm, but with all the city conveniences.

So we live in a newer neighborhood within our city. And smack dab in the middle of all these new homes lives a small herd of cattle. It never fails to amuse me to see the cows strolling through their field. Unfortunately, I think the owners have sold the land to one of the land developers and their nice pasture will be turned into homes before we know it. :( I do hope to get down there and take better shots of the cows before they move onto greener pastures.

But for now- here's one I snapped last week just before a downpour.
